Hi I’m Jobe, I’m a Finance Student at IUPUI and a world traveler. When I’m not traveling I like to write, take photos, and do yoga.

I started climbing on a day trip to Southern Illinois. I wanted to try out bouldering, but my first time in a climbing store got the better of me and I came out with a rope, quickdraws, and an atc. A friend and I then did our very first sport climbs at a spot called Giant City. Great Spot for doing your first outdoor climbs by the way.

My favorite place to climb is Jackson Falls Illinois, though I usually end up relaxing in nature most of the time when I get out there.

I’m geeky about knots and climbing devices, but still haven’t tried trad climbing. That’s my next big goal!
